Inspired by the principles of Andean Cosmovision and the 3 worlds (the Ukhu Pacha, The Kay Pacha and The Hannan Pacha) this guided somatic movement journey invites us to move our vessels and be danced through each realm. 

Connect with the energy of all that has gone before, our ancestors and the footprints they left for us to follow. Moving into the present, the here and now and the imprint we are casting into the world around us and up into the realms of our connection with the divine.

WHAT IS SOMATIC DANCE?

Somatic dance is a guided free form movement journey, deep into the layers of the body. Supported by a carefully curated soundscape. Held in a safe and sacred container it is a place to gather and reclaim the joy, healing and freedom of dancing in a non-judgmental space.
