Reflexology uses the foot as a map of the body and involves the application of pressure to specific points to impact different areas and systems of the physical, energetic and spiritual body.

The plant medicines of Maca and Cacao have been significant healers in my journey and I have been blessed to train under Seleno Health in holding these medicines in alignment with indigenous Andean Cosmovision.
I am available to bring these plants, along with the wisdom (and scientific backing!), that they hold into collaborations, co-creations and ceremonies.
With a background in the corporate world, I feel passionately about bringing balance to the wild workplace and combatting the chronic impact of stress through holistic practices.
