Yin Yoga

Join me for a deep Yin Yoga journey to close the week. This week we will draw in the energy of the autumnal season to ground and release. In Yin Yoga we hold the poses for 5-10 minutes each to access the fascia and release physical, emotional and energetic tension from the web of our body.
Props available but please bring layers and any personal items you need for your comfort.
