Weaving the Heart Womb

In collaboration with Helen Mara & Gemma Rose

This workshop is designed for you to connect to your heart and womb space through cacao, yin, breathwork and meditation.
For many of us, we have associated the womb space with pain and discomfort, perhaps even trauma and loss. We may not feel a connection to that place in our body, or it is a place of anxiety and churning, we may have had our uterus removed surgically. And yet our bellies are a source of deep feminine wisdom and intuition, holding the deepest mysteries and magic of existence - a place of wisdom. When we connect with our sacral chakra, with love and compassion, we can soften and open to listening to some of our deeper truths - our unmet needs and desires, our longing to birth something new. In some Eastern philosophies, women are thought of as having two hearts – the heart and the womb, a union of love and creation. When we are weaving our sacral and heart spaces together, we are empowered, nourished and in tune with our bodies wisdom.
In a world of business and ‘doing’ come and find nourishment and softness through deeply connecting to your inner sacred self.
